Understanding Workplace Behaviours

Our behavioural assessment model looks to identify an individual’s preferred and natural approach to engaging with their deliverables, actions, responsibilities and tasks.

Collaboration & Teamwork

Assertiveness

An inclination to be dominant or deferential in situations requiring interaction with others. Further, an individual’s resolve and tenacity to achieving their goals and objectives even against resistance.

Extravertism

Preference to be naturally ‘extraverted’ typically defined or identified as being outgoing, conversational, engaging or ‘Introverted, typically defined as being reflective, reserved or quiet.

Teamwork

An inclination or natural preference to work collaboratively, cooperate with others with a desire or willingness to support colleagues or endeavours that may require wider resources and sharing recognition of success as well as failure.

Working Style

Adaptability

Natural capability and aptitude to engage with new or unexpected expectations or situations and the capability to positively respond or tolerate uncertainty. An acceptance or embracement of uncertainty or change.

Attention to Detail

Natural capability and aptitude of completeness or accuracy with a preference to precision. An indication for an inclination to seek complete data or information sets. A comfort level with completeness or vagueness of information.

Proactivity

Natural aptitude or preference to take action given the required environmental influences. Task or goal driven activities taken by an individual’s natural engagement or capability to enable without being distracted or diverted from this objective.

Professional Motivation

Leadership Motivation

A natural aspiration, inclination or preference to exercise influence or leadership in social or professional situations. Likely perceives themselves as authoritative, commanding or has a desire of dictating actions or direction of decision making.

Significance Motivation

A willingness to exert themselves to achieve and exceed. A natural drive and desire to commit themselves and energy to improvements or performance whether that be their own capabilities and expertise or to an external goal or objective.

Success Motivation

Natural aptitude or preference to take action given the required environmental influences. Task or goal driven activities taken by an individual’s natural engagement or capability to enable without being distracted or diverted from this objective.

Temperament & Character

Emotional Stability

Qualification of how effectively an individual can manage their emotional reactions and their capability to manage their emotional reactions if in situations of challenge, stress or discomfort.

Resilience

Confidence and capability to maintain effectiveness and performance when in demanding or complex scenarios including capability to absorb ongoing or increasing roles or responsibilities.

Self-Assurance

Capability and self-belief to maintain effectiveness and performance based upon inner strength, motivation and self-confidence independent from or despite the judgement or views of others.
